611 has never dumped anything in other than the city provided trash can. just because the dumpster happens to be on our side of the alley doesn't mean we left the junk. We constantly battle junk left on our property.

By battle do you mean leave it there? If you are a homeowner I would think you would want to keep the dumpster area clean by yes picking things up yourself sometimes even if you did not put it there.At the very least call it in for pick up.
Wouldn't it be nice to have an alley like NE or even Euclid St Paul? How do you think they do it?
