This street needs to be plowed. 100 block of West Gowen Ave.-- Gowen Circle--and continuing around the bend as it becomes Bryan St. Saw 3 cars get stuck in Gowen Circle this morning and came home to a delivery truck stuck where W. Gowen becomes Bryan, causing back up and more cars stuck. PLOW!
