Description

Mattress, broken furniture, bed frame, etc. have been dumped outside this apartment complex. They have been there for more than a week now.

If this is from the apartment building at 296 Mather, the tenants are habitual dumpers. Is there a way to fine the landlord? This would seem to be the only fix, as the tenants are likely moving out when then dump.

As of this morning, the dumped materials have been cleared out. Thanks to OPW if you took care of it. And thanks to others for chiming in - it's true that this area has been a regular problem for dumping - great that there's a way to report and resolve...
