Typically the best course of action to take with signal requests is to contact Logan City and request that they ask UDOT for a signal study. Once the city requests a signal study, then UDOT will examine the intersection and conduct traffic counts and other measurements to determine is the left turn arrow will help or fruther clog up traffic, which is what we don't want to do.
