Per F. Tinsley, Engineering, -the dumpster at 4260 Robinson Court is currently sitting in a driveway that is on private property and well out of the 55' radius of the cul-de-sac. Our jurisdiction goes only as far as the right-of-way occupied by the cul-de-sac. There is no sidewalk as indicated by the picture provided. Our Inspector, W. Bell, located the dumpster and said that it was only half full of debris. He also said that the dumpster was not there when he visited the subdivision previously on another issue therefore it had not been there for a year.
