Couple of issues with this construction site, but these are the most important two:
1) the plates over the road are constantly coming loose (because they're not secured properly) and exposing the trench they've dug into the road. Opens the city and the construction company to liabilities if a car falls into that trench and gets totaled

2) There is constantly water flowing down division that originates from this site. How is this water being metered and paid for? Seems like a HUGE waste of water and no one seems to do anything about it. Happens 3-4 times a week and creates a river about 2 feet wide in the "drainage" line of the street.
