Okay! This issue with the flood should have been fixed by now. If it has not yet been taken care of then you would have to call the city state or county office to report it and have it fixed. Otherwise I'll go ahead and close it out.

Alright I read your report and I contacted the city of little rock online and reported the issue. Hopefully they'll send some one out soon.
