During storms a significant volume of run-off coming down Ivy Terrace and from Cozy Lane come together in front of the residence of Jennifer Hagler (443-677-7385). The recent storms have brought water up to her front door. There is currently an asphalt berm (3-4") in height along the road and the Hagler's have added an additional berm across their driveway but it is not sufficient to divert the water.
