The owner is very aggressive and states that she can hide from Code Enforcement and that she will fight Code if any complaints come about. This is why a few neighbors have talked of this issue and we went as far as borrowing a computer since we do not want any retaliation from the one owner of the house Kim Mcninch. She parks a Goodwill owned bus (Bus 862) from Sunday night till Friday afternoons in her driveway, she leaves early and is back by 9:00am – 9:30am, and leaves again around 1:00pm, then parks it next to the church at 78th St and 22nd Ave N from Friday afternoon till Sunday evening. She also has a white stretch limo that she will park in the driveway, behind a fence, but there have been several times she parks it with the back end hanging out or the front end hanging out of there fence gates 6 to 8 feet into the driveway. She will also park it in the back of the church parking lot on Country Club Rd back by the fences for days at a time. We are looking to say behind the scenes as the one owner will call the police, animal control and other things on us as she has done in the past. Please help us out in our little piece of heaven in St. Pete. Thank you for all you do.
