Longer wait time allows Freehold Police to assess which car they wish to issue ticket ( they always ready to invent the some bogus reason for it). I see increased activity of Freehold Police on this intersection, especially of Friday and Weekends, ever since the old of Traffic Light pattern was changed to the new way. Of course, Freehold Township will deny it, but I am 100% this is exactly the reason the whole change took place.

Fully agree. That intersection is perfect spot for Freehold Police to zero in on cars waiting before the light to issue traffic tickets. Especially with the coming Click-it-Or-Ticket rip-off time, you will see plenty of cops in that area looking to issue seat belt tickets to drivers and passengers ( as NJ Crooked law now allows to tickets drivers, if the back seat passengers do not wear seat belts). If you want to save your money from useless Freehold Cops and greedy Freehold Pencil pushers, stay away from that intersection or, better yet, stay way from Freehold.

I don't know why Wemrock Rd was not put on the books for reconstruction, I can't believe our officials did not have the insight of what was going to happen to Wemrock Rd when all the construction was planned for the area around Moores. Back in the day Wemrock Rd was a short cut to get from Freehold to 33 west, 537, and Adelphia Rd. Today it is a major roadway. Way to go planning board.
