This area under the overpass is a constant problem: camps, tents, furniture, piles of trash and human feces with visible rodents and drug use - this area is a DISGRACE

I agree. This area is a constant problem and the worst is the human feces. And 30th street between Telegraph and San Pablo is a big illegal dumping corridor, worse than the surrounding streets for some reason.

This area was cleared out but has become an issue AGAIN.
The city needs to do regular check-ups on the underpass.

It's difficult to walk in this area due to trash covering sidewalks, but mostly the SMELL caused by garbage, defacation and sidewalks not being cleaned regularly. A long term solution must be found- this is a matter of public health and safety.

What are some actions neighbors can take? The camp on 30th is growing although it's still not as big as the one on 29th
