This area was cleared out but has become an issue AGAIN.
The city needs to do regular check-ups on the underpass.

Still a problem. This needs consistent monitoring.

It's difficult to walk in this area due to trash covering sidewalks, but mostly the SMELL caused by garbage, defacation and sidewalks not being cleaned regularly. A long term solution must be found- this is a matter of public health and safety.

How can this area improve if we can't address basic safety and sanitation issues? Come on, Oakland, there is so much potential...
