Kristy Way is about 1/2 mile taking the right hand fork on New Peachtree Road right past all the Doriville MARTA parking. There are small business on either side ot the road. In addition to the complex mentioned, Mings Food has a large supply house also off the Kristy Way and there are several business on the other side of this complex.
Keystone Press, Inc.(5683 New Peachtree Road), is located in an office/warehouse complex off of New Peachtree Road, in Chamblee. This section of New Peachtree Road is between Chamblee Dunwoody Road and Shallowford Road. The complex is called” 5673-5697 New Peachtree Road”. To enter the 2 building complex you must turn onto Kristie Way. 2 businesses across the street from our complex on New Peachtree are Labelle Nail Supply and AAA Digital Imaging.
When the county added the new water line for Mings, which was separated from this building, they did not fill in the trencing correctly and it is sinking quickly. Also the pot holes are becoming increasingly dangerous. There is a lot of traffic especially going to Mings. Please let me know if you need any further information.

Where does this stand. It is really getting dangerous.

Still nothing has been done and with the irratic weather, it is going to get worse. There are several businesses this is having an adverse affect on and I don't understand why nothing has been done for over a year.
I guess someones car must be completely destroyed before someone WAKES up and looks at it.

Holes continue to get larger, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to navigate around. We have had several customer comment and complain about potential damage to their alignment.

The tenants on this property have been here for years and have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in rent. No one has any answers as to who owns the road and is responsible for the the upkeep. City and county officials won't return calls nor come out and access the damage.
