Trash has been put away

yes we also have issues with trash pick up some times I think your trash guy is lazy we live on a one way street.
some times I fell he is lazy to come up . I have on many occasions had to being it to him because he said he cant come back up a one way street ? I thought it was he's job? he is very rued .
but what am I going to do I have to get reed of my trash so I took it to him as he drinks is coffee talking the phone and laughing at me as I bring my trash to him to dump.
