The junk, rubbish and refuse shown in the photo above taken on May 22, 2015 have been removed. The lawn furniture, children's toys, barbecue, RV etc. are allowed. What is remaining are fence panels, swimming pool and items related to swimming pool. As I said previously, the residents are working with zoning to determine how they can put their swimming pool on that property. Contact the Zoning Administrator at 641-421-3626 with any other concerns.

That response was sent to us in June. The resident attempted to put up a privacy supported by fence stakes.
Maybe planning and zoning should contact the building inspector to see if this is done to code let alone if any permits were pulled for this.
I again ask you...how would you like to live by this mess?
also asked...
A. Yes

djlisadawn,
I can assure you that at least 4 neighbors are not happy at what they see in this on-going so-called work in progress. Let alone anybody that sees this going and coming from the golf course. It doesn't take over 2 months to put up a fence the proper way.
