I believe the original submitter identified the address as 23 Masseek Street in Hartford.

As of Sunday, March 7 this issue is not resolved.

That is correct. I walked by again today. The lot is filled with dumped trash.
I submitted the bags at the East entrance to Colt Park as a separate entry - but they are 50 ft away from this mess. The entire area is Colt Park - the parking lot on which these pictures were taken is on the edge of a parking lot that is officially part of the park, therefore it is the City's responsibility. I recommend that cameras be installed to find out who is doing this dumping. It is going to take a huge effort to clean the area.
