Description
The swing set in this playground is producing an elephant like sound since it has not been lubed since it was installed. This is driving the people who live around the playground crazy. We all hear it. We all hate the noise it makes.
The kids don't care about the noise until someone gets hurt when a bearing breaks and they land face first into the pavement.
WD40 will work for about 48 hours. The playground needs to stop ignoring this safety concern to children who play on this swing set for HOURS a day.
Are they deaf that they can't hear the sound of metal on metal grinding?

It's the damm FIRE ALARM at the rec center that has been going off all night since 2am.
The swing set really does make a lot of noise. The thugs are still looking into every car's window as they walk by wearing a hoodie over their heads checking door handles.
Just yesterday I witnessed a black male, light skin, grey hoodie with a Aero or Hollister textured logo, walk the curb cut looking down at every car. I circled the block and he was checking door handles on the other side of the street. He has a large flat nose and looked to be in his 20's about 5'9.

The swing set has been swung. They still need to up keep that swing set as it's not totally slient.
The only solution is to level the park when CHOP takes over. Thanks to whoever oiled that swingset.
Only if they could just remove the basketball court now with all the THUGS who hang by the gate selling drugs.
