If composting is done correctly it does NOT attract vermin - apparently this is not proper compost!!!

Weariness The issue is code compliance says they only enforce the bare minimum there are so many issues and nothing is being done.

Time for the neighbors to file a complaint against the city for issues like these

This home has been an issue for a long time with rodents code compliance does nothing about it just like many of the other homes in the area.

Apparently this matter is not taken seriously by our officials would they allow this to be happening in their neighborhoods? Maybe it's because this is a lower income neighborhood and taxes are lower it seems if the area a higher taxing area more gets done just like the sidewalks.

Jason I share your concern with lower income neighborhoods. Document, document, document! What is the compost for? Anything? Garden? Research and keep records.

The compost has never been used for anything just a dumping ground the entire yard is a mess and the city code officers have seen it many times and the answer is what should we do about this
