To clarify, the "Service Truck" is way too close to the intersection. Drivers don't see the stop sign and then drive through the intersection. The truck needs to be moved to prevent accidents... many people have driven through the intersection without stopping. Until the truck is moved I suggest cones to warn people and drivers.
