PThe construction zone on Church St between 4th/5th is getting out of control. When I come to work, leave at lunch, etc the road is almost always blocked or traffic is impeded in some way. We have to go in the opposite travel lane, etc. There are no folks directing traffic just trucks sitting in travel lanes. Very little visability for motorists trying to get through that area.

The poor containment of drywall and debris dust was awful, but this is perhaps more dangerous.
