Just checking on the status of this request. Four months have passed. Sure am tired of looking at that graffiti tag, but don't want to encroach on another person's property to remove it. Please provide status update. Thank you!

I can't access the status update on the Oakland PWA website. This system is pretty frustrating. City of Hayward has a better system (they use GovOutreach). Or maybe they have more responsive staff. At any rate, the graffiti is still there, and I have no idea what the City of Oakland is doing about it, six months after I reported it. If the code enforcement folks aren't using the SeeClickFix system to post status updates on service requests, then this system is essentially useless for those issues. It's worse than having no customer service at all, because now I've wasted my time trying to help you get something done, to no result. And now I just spend more time fishing around the CEDA website trying to find the update there, and couldn't access an update even when I used the service request number provided and my email address. I feel like Oakland is getting a bad deal with this product. Oh, and by the way, please stop spamming me with "updates" that only serve to remind me that nothing has happened with my request. Thanks.
