I live near 66th and Country Club and this is also a big issue for us. People take Grandview to 66th to Country Club as a short cut. I have children and am hyper alert when I am outside with them because the traffic is out of control. I wonder if there is a way to add some speed bumps in addition to signs permitting local traffic only. It is a really dangerous situation.

I agree! We have a neighborhood association meeting at Falcone's on Aug 13th. Please come by if you can and let's see how we can work with the city to make out neighborhood safer.

I am also near Country Club and 66th. Far too many use the streets around us as a way to avoid the 63rd and May intersection. Local Traffic Only would be a good start but they are often ignored. An occasional patrol car would be an excellent addition.

I agree John. Hopefully we can get some help. Heck,!if you parked a patrol car on 68th and miller, you could run radar between 11 and 2 and 3-5 and write a ton of tickets. Hope to see you at the neighborhood meeting Aug 13th. It's at Falcone's & 6:30
