Description

Various angle of day and night view from my home at 2107 Bennett Avenue look toward Kelly; 2109 Bennett trees and bushes is blocking my home from the view eyes.

My neighbors fence is being destroyed by all this shrubbery growing on it plus it makes an unsafe area for an easy criminal act to occur. I believe the owner of the property on the side where the shrubbery is growing from should be HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE REMOVAL OFF ALL OF IT!!!!!

The property of the section 8 home next too 2105 Bennett still has overgrown hedges and tress blocking the visibility to my home; also, it appears that I live in the woods, instead of the inner city. The nine panel City Councilmen of Chattanooga, Tennessee believe that I need to live in the woods because they refused to assist me in this endeavor. This doesn't reflect their manicure neighborhood; neither, am I a family member, friend, coworker, church member, and etc. too neither of them; therefore, I am a feather and or a fall leave in the rushing wind.
