Description
This street needs to be replowed. A truck came through Sunday night and cleared away a lot of snow, but there's still a solid 4 inches of hardpack where tires have packed down the snow, and softer stuff in between that just gets cars stuck.
The only hope of getting your car out is backing out into a somewhat dangerous 5-way intersection of Spring Garden & Lancaster.
