These streets needs to be plowed and so does the entire 11th Ward from Broad to 24th Streets; Lehigh Avenue to Venango Street. There are sheets of ice on many of these streets...it is dangerous to walk, and even more dangerous to drive, on them.

It looks as if a lot of time has passed since this issue has been reported because of the snowstorm.
