Someone is living out of this car. This person does not live in the neighboring apartments. I see a 20 something female visit the car to change clothes around 9 - 10:30 evenings and shortly after dawn every morning all week. Since there may be drugs, I do not want to approach alone. I have already tried the non emergency APD, but not sure whether an officer came out to check.
