Rats are all over the alley and in the neighbor's yard . I have seen rats in the morning. Please bait all over the backyards in the alley on Southport, between Fullerton and Belden, on the east side. We have people driving thru our alley dumping trash and bringing their animals to deficate in our backyards. Also the neighbors, just to the north of us switch out the trash bins after filling them to keep the full ones over next to us. Most of the trash bins are across from my garage and they fill them up to keep the trash away from the houses just south of Fullerton and keep them by me, where most of them are on Belden. The problem is getting worse. Thank you for your help
