Well, of course there is more homeless people roaming the streets! Many people can no longer afford to live in their own homes. The economy has been down for a long time now, even though Obama and Company like to say otherwise. Although I wouldn't necessarily sink so low to call the City of Southgate "ghetto", I would say that such a term would be more applicable toward cities like Allen Park and Detroit, as both cities are currently in a financial crisis, resulting in massive cuts and proposed higher taxes all without the involvement of an EFM. Last time I checked, Southgate had a pretty stable budget compared to other cities around here. Next time, back up your facts before making such a ludicrous statement.
