Description

Stop doing night construction on weeknights in front of our residential area. It is inappropriate to be doing construction work from midnight to 5 AM as opposed to during the day or the weekend. This will be the second night Framingham is doing construction outside our homes, making loud noises, and making it difficult to sleep.
