Description

There is a row of bushes blocking most of the sidewalk in front of 15 Summer Street. I am Not sure if these are on private or public property. The sidewalk narrows here because of these bushes and is twice as wide on each side. They are constantly overgrown and when it rains they hang down and block the rest of the sidewalk if we could get these trimmed back it would be great. Thank you
