Description
There are overgrown tree branches (city-maintained/owned) blocking stop signs up and down Harding Ave. off Mt. Hope between Penn. and Aurelius (South of Mt. Hope). Can you please trim them back? If you were an out-of-towner you wouldn't know to look for these stop signs as they are barely visible behind the tree branches.
