Description

There is a tree that over hangs on the sidewalk, very low, that prevents you walking on the sidewalk. It is incredibly dangerous at times to leave the sidewalk to walk in the road due to the traffic when cars are passing by on both sides of the road. Residents have to exit the sidewalk and proceed to walk around the tree. The branches are roughly 4' from touching the ground. Please address...
