Description

This is getting frustrating. This is the third request which gets used off every time but never gets resolved. At certain time of the day, like at 4:30pm, coming from Oak Plaza and going in University, the light will take 1minute and thirty seconds to turn green. This is really excessive! Can someone please reduce the time? During other hours of the day, it somehow seems to turn green within 15 seconds. Thank you
