There is someone doing auto body repairs in the back yard. LCI has been notified, but it still continues. This activity also involves loud music all day long and sometimes into the evening. We can smell the odor of paint.
I approached one of the fellows yesterday evening asking that they please turn down the music, and was cussed at , so I just walked away.

This property is BURDEN to the Community here, & always has been since owner moved to the Heights, & just collects rent.
That same odor KILLED, one of my dogs years ago, since the 3 CAR GARAGE behind property was being used as a SPRAY BOOTH for painting cars & it was venting into ENVIROMENT & the ordor overcame the animal.
But again, since property is owned by city police man, nothing is done, since those tenants do as they please, to bring down community.
I too told individual, about sawing, chopping sound to metal of these autos being fixed, that we have residents her 60 PLUS years & they DESERVE, peace & quiet, 7 one is in her end of life stages, with Dimentia, & has around the clock care, & a convesation came about a petion in referance to 135 Clinton Ave, due to he continual issues with that property, with the neglect, rats, debris is yard attracting skunks, raccoons, possums in which carry disease, & I needed to hire Exerminator to get it under control, & even had the tenant from he 3rd floor of 135 approach me for direction prior to new roof put on that property that he was living with squirrels & rats where in cellar & those people in cellar were living with these rodents, I suggested call LCI, & or move, I reccomended leaving due to the disease you can get, just by being around those rodents. Its a losing battle to get tenants to do the right thing in a case like this when city employee owns property & just collects rents & does not ENFORCE what goes on with property, since tenant dont care & likewise for owner of property, since both are really inconsiderate.
Remember: "Karma Does Repeat Itself!" in the least suspecting ways in this life we all live.

Sounds like the never ending party at that address.
No consideration for others with mysic BLASTING DAILY, until late in evenings 7 days aeek.

When you hear things like this it makes you wonder why one continues to live in New Haven
