Welcome to the neighborhood! It's in the plan to have sidewalks installed on Wells in the next couple of years. Honestly, this is a very hot button issue in the neighborhood. You will want to check out the University Hills Sidewalk and Street repair project on the City of Hyattsville website. You may also want to contact our Ward 3 council rep Tom Wright. His contact info is also on the city website. That intersection (with the crazy stripped pavement), we've learned through attending City Council and Neighborhood meetings, is maintained, (or not) by Prince George's county. So you may want to contact them, lots of us have, but nothing has happened. Again, welcome to the neighborhood.
