Description

When crossing Ford Street from Bushnell Park the walk lights across the two segments of Ford St are not well coordinated. It initially say "don't walk" for first half (and no traffic is passing) and "Walk" for 2nd half. When the 1st half changes to walk the 2nd half changes to "don't walk". This sequence encourages pedestrians to not obey the signals.
