This section of Water St.--going away from Cornwall down by waterfront area-- was never paved over after work was being done on this road last year. A strip that goes down the center of this road remains bumpy and unfinished and not only could be a hazard to cars but to persons trying to avoid this area of the road. We need this paved over!
