Description
This street needs to be plowed. There are three cars parked at the entrance to the street in the middle of the street, they have been there for three days and need to be towed. The street is totally impassable and last week's trash has not been picked up.

It looks as if a lot of time has passed since this issue has been reported because of the snowstorm.
