Soooo, whats the digging up of the soil for??

This digging apparently was for the foundation for a gazebo. There is no information yet on what the plan or design was, who was paying for it, or whether any permits or permissions were sought or obtained. My understanding is that the hole is now partially filled, as some rock was removed from the site, and that work has been stopped.

I don't think they are building a gazebo. This is an Olmsted park and building things on these parks isn't allowed.

There will be more trash, more broken bottle on the lawn, more teens to hang out there at night.

Please no gazebo. Why were the neighbors never told by the councilor. I read in the paper he wanted a gazebo built. It is an Olmsted park and these aren't allowed. Please please please. No gazebo

Perhaps. But where is the 35,000 Gazebo. What is the plan going forward inregards to the 35,000 Gazebo. Has the 35,000 been credited back to the ward 3 people.

He added chemical to the pond and turned the water in the Fellsmere Pond to Dark Brown color. He should get a refund for the Gazebo and use the money to clean the pond,
