Just before the first snow fall, a crew from the Detroit Water Dept Unexpectedly shut off water to the residents in the 12000 block of Filbert Street between Dickerson and Park Drvie...They said they were fixing something, What we ended up with was a broken water main which we did not have prior...To the so-called fix...now we have to drive through water, or skate throigh we the water freezes....How sad you can get your water turned off if your late paying, But, the Water Dept is able to waste water that some of the citizen of Detroit can't even afford...God how i hate this city...And what you law breakers are able to get away with...
