This is a very bad spot and cannot be easily avoided. As you exit the store, you must cross traffic with your cart and after crossing, you must go to the left by the curb in order to avoid oncoming cars leaving the lot. This is where the crack in the pavement is. It dips down slightly, causing the wheels to get stuck.
