Description

City sidewalk in front of several elderly citizens homes is almost impassable due to tree root damage. To make matters worse, when pipes froze last winter, city crews made midnight repairs (thank you!), but left a destroyed sidewalk with gravel fill and a pile of rubble brick. Neighbor has 'saved and protected' the brick pile, but no repair has been attempted to date. It's been over six months!
