The best way to deal with mosquito problems is to insure that you have no breeding spaces in your yard. Once you've done that there are plenty of insect repellents available that you can buy to solve the problem for yourself rather than expecting the government to take care of your problems. The mosquito trucks may have made you feel better but they did little to eradicate mosquitoes.
We need less socialism and more individual responsibility.
