I don't understand how these cities like Cohoes, Troy, Watervliet, Menands etc... let deadbeat landlords like this get away with allowing them to have these disgusting, unmaintained properties. It's very simple: The City gives you 3 warnings within a year, then if you don't get it fixed within another year, you get a substantial fine, then if you still don't get it fixed, you go to jail for a year. Plain and simple. I'm sick of these disgusting properties around here. Doesn't anyone have any pride in themselves anymore?
