Speed limits are not enforced in certain areas of Madison. I have been complaining about speeding on Kings Road for years. It's a residential area with children and even a grade school, yet nothing is done about it. People use it to bypass lights on Main Street and simply ignore the posted speed limit. I have also seen pets killed right in front of my house. One of these days, someone is going to hit a child. Maybe then something will be done.
