For the past several complaints that have been made on SeeClickFix for this address we have not found the situation to be as presented. Please be sure you are not overstating the case when using SeeClickFix.

When this address is turned in for garbage the garbage can be seen in their yard. The amount of garbage may be less than what it sounds like but it is still there. The whole neighborhood keeps their yards free of garbage, their lawns mowed, and their houses looking very nice except for this house. The whole neighborhood is tired of looking at this house and picking up the garbage that blows from this house and the children dropping the garbage in their yards. You can also see that 2 of the neighbors have signs in their yards becasue of the children walking, playing, and dropping garbage in the neighbor's yards.

Agree with GB. This is becoming out of control and nothing is being done to solve the problem. Its been an on going issue for years and a handful of neighbors are getting tired of dealing with them and their kids making a mess. Start calling the cops GB I will be specially if their kids keep messing with my property!

Annoyed Neighbor, you will need to have video cameras with recording capabilty because if the cops do not see the kids trespassing on your property they will only talk to these people instead of charging them with trespassing. The video will be your proof that they did trespass.

Neighborhood Services, for the amount of garbage in their yard, if that amount was in a Public Park in Mason City the City would pick it up. So the City needs to make these people pick up their own garbage too. Or the City should pick up their garbage and their garbage that goes into the neighbor's yards and charge these people, not the neighbors, on a weekly basis.

Can we do something about all the clothes being scattered and left in the front yard. They use to dry their clothes out front but now I see them just being left outside scatter around for days at a time.
