It is placed next to my trash and they pick it up before. Because of health issues I got permission to place mine in the front and been doing it for years. They've missed our pick up many times but never complained because I normally don't have much but this time its full and I wanted it picked up. I talked to city before with same proplem. Week prior to this they came around on friday and picked up.

I just saw recycling truck on S. 4th Ave and they still didn't pick up my recyling. I put boxes, card board containers, trash bag with plastic and cans in them so where am I going wrong.

Well I guess I WILL NO LONGER RECYCLE. THIS IS THE THIRD WEEK. MY RECYCLING WAS NOT. PICKED up so everything will go with regular trash.

We changed our pick up locations. If you had special arrangements, you are going to have to call either city hall or eagle disposal. The drivers won't do anything they aren't specifically instructed to do. As far as they know all homes with an alley are alley pickup up for trash and recycling.

Eagle picks up both right??? They pick up trash in front so why not recycle in front??? Wh w n did this change. They picked up both before.

At the end of July we made changes to our contract. All trash and recycling is to be picked up at the rear of the property where available. The trash truck does not pick up the recycling. There are two different trucks. Your situation is unique. I'll call eagle and the city for you.

I contacted eagle and they said I have trash in my recycle bins but I don't. I don't like throwing can and bottles in bin so I put them in trash bags to avoid cleaning those big bins out (hard on my back). I asked others and they but bottles and canss in trash bags also and they pick there's up. I never recycled before I got bins so they always picked mine up in front. I also called city and they said my address wasn't the problem so don't understand why. What I did yesterday was empty trash bags so they could see it wasn't trash but recycling. I don't like magetts and bugs just trying to keep cans clean and people like to throw there trash in my bins when they walk by so I move them as soon as I can from corner.

We are going to get this figured out. :-) I'm stumped. I'll email you this afternoon.

My trash was picked up already this morning. Let's see if recycle gets picked up this is week 4. If not I will not pay my trash bill until this is settled and I will no longer recycle.

That won't fix anything. We have to know why it's not getting picked up.

The supervisor who handles this area was working on handi cap signs Wednesday and I a as ked him if he saw any problem with my recycling and he s as id no that whats in bin is ok. So today I left trash been next to recycling bin so they could see it was empty. Normally I pull it back when its empty. We will see what happens.

I was at at friends hse at w.5th ave (west end)and she's 85 and she wanted to know why they didn't pick up their recycling. They all have notices on their bins(which are full) that they have to put them withere trash bins. I told her you put notices on our doors. They said they weren't notified. Problem is most have to take bins in back which means they have to go around the block to do it because there is no entrance or path to take bins. They could have at least emptied bins first. She lives in the middle of the block. So how does she take a full bin around the block. Pass this on
