When traveling to make the left onto Willowbrook Blvd from Route 23 the light does not read cars waiting. It only changes when it reads cars on Willowbrook Blvd going to make the turn onto Route 23. Sometimes you could be waiting 7 to 8 minutes for the light to change. This is the light by the Exxon and Starbucks. People end up just running through the light or cutting through Starbucks.
