Sidewalk torn up when water meter was changed 3 years ago. Called and reminded that it still hasn't been fixed. Neighborhood kids pick up rocks and throw them at the house.

Tree branches are through the wires and pieces of the tree fall in the street. If a limb goes it will pull down the wires.
