Still an issue, especially during warmer weather; the kids run around south parking complex roof, smoking and eating candy.

Yes there is racism to this day, unfortunately. Still an ongoing issue; especially during football and/or basketball seasons; children will be playing games/ball while on top of the roof and expecting you to return their ball in a timely manner whenever the ball lands on the ground within the parking garage complex. (don't mind this so much: but when they start with the vandalizing and throwing their refuse at you, one has to consider calling authorities).

This is still an ongoing issue, (probably a little unsafe because the roof was built in the 1940's). On top of that, the local Brothers, (so to speak), leave their refuse on the roof to later have them throw it at you from the rooftop. The litter the juveniles leave also poses a problem when they delibertly stuff the drain holes on the roof to prevent rainwater from draining properly.

Theives are leaving or tossing what appears to be stolen ladies purses with discarded credit cards and access card, (as well), strewn about atop the roof.

Well not so much children climbing and leaving refuse atop roof anymore; but the Puerto Rican Uber drivers are stopping their limos in the middle of the night to sweep out their previous customers refuse right out onto the street.
Its usually a combination of used condoms, tissues, fast food wraps/containers, empty 1" ziplock bags, beer bottles & caps, (heineken), and malt liquor cans. Its amazing that they do this, because their is communal trash can on the corner, less than half a block away.

Fortunately the Alpha male hater child has moved from the neighborhood.
